Royal Caribbean HRCMS is a Human Resources CMS platform solution for their previous muddied system used for application, sorting, and finalization of new or existing employees. The new system is capable of handling all aspects of the application process but in a clean, efficient and aesthetically pleasing way.
Branding
Originally the project had not required a tweak to the branding but for these purposes, I opted to make some slight additions to the existing logo that still met Royal Caribbeans brand guidelines but also added another layer of “security” to our final solution. In the end, the client was very pleased with the final product and so were we.
WIREFRAMING & WEB DESIGN
The final web layout consisted of cascading index pages that display HR information in a clean and brand accurate format. Each section would have a primary Nav and secondary Nav as well as a fixed search panel for quick navigation anywhere on the site.
